My academic background includes a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Sociology from Loyola Marymount University, a secondary teaching credential from Grand Canyon University, and a three-year Spiritual Direction certification from Soul Formation in Oregon.

Alongside spiritual direction, I am a certified Enneagram Coach, trained by three of the field’s leading teachers:

• Christy Kennedy’s Culture Conscious Corporate Teacher Training

• Integrative Enneagram Solutions’ Level 1 Full Accreditation Training for coaching individuals and teams

Rooted in the Christian tradition and a devoted follower of Jesus, I warmly welcome people from all backgrounds to explore their spirituality. My passion is to walk alongside others—helping them discover their deep connection to God’s love and the ways He meets us in body, mind, and soul.

Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of working with individuals, teens, couples, families, and organizations—guiding them toward greater self-awareness, wholeness, and healthier relationships.

I make my home in Phoenix, Arizona, where I enjoy life as a mom to Kayla, Hannah, and Clare, mother-in-law to Derek and Dominic, and grandmother to Rory, Dawson and Ollie.
